Thorough Inspection Process
Attention to Detail
Standard Home Inspection
Our thorough inspection process ensures that every aspect of your home is inspected, from the foundation to the roof. We use the best technology and tools to identify any potential issues and provide you with a detailed report.
Interior Inspection
We pay extra attention to the details that matter, such as the condition of the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Our goal is to provide you with a complete picture of the condition of the home you are purchasing.
Infrared Inspection
We use an advanced infrared camera to uncover hidden issues. It translates heat signatures into colors, revealing energy loss, moisture intrusion, electrical hot spots, pests, and flue leaks.
Annual Home Maintenance Inspection
An Annual Home Maintenance Inspection is crucial, especially for new homeowners. It helps you understand and plan for proper home maintenance. We'll identify issues and educate you on yearly tasks to keep your home in great condition. For veteran homeowners, my inspection ensures maintenance sufficiency and detects any problems from the past year.

Pre-Drywall Inspection
Pre-Drywall Inspection:
To ensure a house is built correctly, a pre-drywall inspection is recommended. It occurs after installing key elements like doors, windows, foundation, flooring, and before hanging drywall. This inspection is crucial as it helps identify and address issues before they become costly to fix once the house is fully finished.
Drone Inspection
We use a state-of-the-art, camera-mounted unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) or drone to capture images of unsafe or hard-to-access areas, such as tall roofs. I can get an up-close look at any issues and defects that would otherwise not be properly inspected and reported. I can also take aerial photos of the property for real estate listings and informational purposes.
