Once you complete the form, we’ll set up your booking in our system and send you an email confirming we’ve received your request, along with the next steps. Please note, your condo document review will not be scheduled until payment is received.

If you don’t have access to a shared drive or zipped/archived folder, please email all condo documents directly to info@brookstoneinspection.com. We’ll confirm receipt of your submission and promptly provide a list of any missing documents needed for your Condo Document Review. If we don’t receive any documents, we’ll follow up with you or your realtor (if their contact information is provided) with a checklist of documents to send us.
